Tragedy at North Forsyth High School: Student Killed in Campus Stabbing
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – A heartbreaking tragedy unfolded at North Forsyth High School, leaving the community in mourning after a student was killed during an altercation on campus.
The incident, which occurred just after 11:00 a.m., sparked a massive emergency response. Authorities confirmed that a fight broke out between two students inside the school building, escalating quickly into a fatal stabbing.

Following the incident, North Forsyth High School was placed on immediate lockdown. Sheriff Bobby Kimbrough addressed the media, stating that a School Resource Officer (SRO) immediately called for assistance. Despite the rapid response of law enforcement and EMS units, one student succumbed to his injuries.
