Fresh off the launch of her new fashion label, Sofia Richie has announced she is expecting her second child with husband Elliot Grainge.The 27-year-old model shared the happy news on Instagram with a mirror selfie showcasing her baby bump, playfully captioning it, "On my way to launch these babies 👶🏼 + @srgatelier".

This joyous announcement comes just 17 months after the couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Eloise Samantha Grainge, in May 2024. Richie has embraced motherhood, sharing that her daughter has given her purpose and that her "heaven is right here on earth with her." She has also been open about the challenges of her first pregnancy, revealing she experienced contractions six weeks before giving birth and was placed on bed rest.

Richie and Grainge, a music executive and son of Universal Music Group chairman and CEO Lucian Grainge, tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in the South of France in April 2023. The star-studded event at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc was attended by celebrities like Cameron Diaz, Paris Hilton, and her sister, Nicole Richie. Richie wore three custom Chanel gowns for the wedding festivities. Ahead of the wedding, Richie converted to Judaism, the faith of her husband.

As the youngest daughter of music legend Lionel Richie and his second wife, Diane Alexander, Sofia grew up in the spotlight. Her older sister is television personality and designer Nicole Richie.
